I am very happy, I finally reached the 154 lbs stretch, and I have already lost 90 lbs, I feel better than ever, now I am going for the goal of 154 lbs and losing a total of 110 lbs, I am eating healthy, with real food , although maybe 10-15% of the total is processed food or fads, and I am training with my own body weight and trying to get through the day in movement, my body composition has improved a lot, more muscle and less fat, sorry for my english
