saw 147.5 still up from where i was but at least the 152 is gone. husbend is needing to cut sugar and eat more whole grains and I know that is helping me as well. I'm not as hungry and our fudgisicles are sugar free and low fat -lol. expected arguments from the kids on the 100% whole wheat pasta and they didn't say anything. husbend stated to say something and I looked at him and he said oh and kept quiet. We don't eat white bread anyway but when I went up to 100% from honey wheat, we hardly noticed a change. yay my whole family is eating healthier! I will still continue to buy junk for the kids but at least I know some of their choices are better now. My exercise room was covered in toys and alittle cluttered so I spent a few minutes picking up in there before I could work out this am. So I only had 30 mins so poped in my old 30 day shred dvd. Short but instense- did level 2 cuz didn't want it to be too easy. weights,cardio and abs. wonder if I can get in alittle more exercise tonight but doubt it unless its in the pool or tramoline with kids. now thats a good idea!
