Today is the day that everything changes. for real this time. Tracking every single calorie and tomorrow begins the gym five days a week again. Up ten lbs and only 16 weeks pregnant. Too much too soon!
148.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
