I'm disappointed because I kept to the program and even had a very good weekend, plus went to dance camp. No real loss, as I was actually weighing a little less two weeks ago, but it was not consistent enough to record. I'm doubting again that I can consistently eat little enough to lose weight, yet be happy with my food amounts.
164.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.3 lb a week
