Happy with this. Getting closer to the numbers I had in February this year before my FS hiatus; but this time I'm going to stay on track! Coming into winter is always a hard time of year for me in terms of depressive symptoms, but as I've gotten older I've learned how to care for myself during the cooler months. I know that I want to hibernate, so I allow myself to sleep more without feeling guilty about it. I know that I crave hot, fast food, so I acknowledge those cravings while filling up on soups. I know that I'll call in sick for work, so I take planned time off. I know that I don't feel my best, and I remind myself that this feeling will pass. And it does. 💚
