Well, at least I didn't GAIN weight... I'm hoping my stall is due to TOM, I'll know for sure in a few more days. I know a lot of people think atkins is too drastic, but an overhaul is what I need to get my body back on track... Not just to be skinny, but for my overall health. I feel so much healthier now than I have I a very long time. It's not just about dropping weight fast, it's about learning how to control your eating, and making the right decisions about the types of food you eat. In the past, I've never stuck with it, but I'm determined to see it through and never go back to the old me, the person who lived off of Doritos and felt like poo all the time. I want to always be able to choose the right food... Some celery or avocado is a lot healthier than a little bag of chips. This week I want to improve on my exercise, and will be adding some yoga to the mix... Hope everyone else is doing well, I wonder how many of us will be able to see this challenge to the end? I hope we all have great results : )

There is really a big dropout rate here at fat secret but the ones who do stay don't regret it.

Glen- I'm gonna try that muffin recipe very soon, I can't wait! I love warm tortilla chips too, although a sweet red is my favorite wine... I miss my wine soooo much! Sunday is going to be a huge challenge for me too. At least there will be a lot of meat to choose from, so hopefully I can fill up on protein and not crave the other stuff! Snezica- I totally agree. You can tell that the ones who stay on here do so well... You are a great example of that!! Btw, I love your new profile pic, it looks great :)

Jessberry, you are very correct. It's not about dropping the weight fast, but a healthy lifestyle. Being on the Atkins has taught me to eat right, exercise, learning about food...the whole taking care of my body. I look at myself in the mirror each day, i hate want i see and I ask myself, God, why did I allow myself to get this way? On the flip side...its an eye opener to well-being. Seeing myself in the mirror is my motivation to do and complete this challenge, plus hate the fact of me going to the men section to buy and wear active-wear....Not totally feminine.
