This is not good. I have stayed this weight for 3 days
211.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's pretty normal. If you weighed once a week, you wouldn't even notice. As long as your chart has a mostly downward spiral, you are ding well. After the initial losses, a pound a week is pretty normal. Give it a few days.

Your doing good, keep it up. Looks like you have lost about 6-7 lbs. over the last two weeks. That is very good. Try weighing only once a week. I'm not sure how long you have been on your program, but you will have weeks when the scale doesn't move that is ok. You have to stay positive and think of the long term goal.
