record highs and record lows this week. today is exceptional as I chose to eat some extra food my son brought home for me. i own it and am accountable for making that choice. not going to blame emotions or anything, my choice - my behavior.
however, i'm not concerned. when we do these "high days", it pays off in you body if you put it to work right away. in a few days, i will see it affect my body in positive ways (build muscle, etc).
oh also, just a note for myself. i need to not binge so much next diet cheat day. yeesh!
