162.2 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yesterday was horrible. Has anyone ever had a day when junk food just wouldn't let you be? I tried all the tricks...coconut oil, lots of green tea and other hot water/lemon drinks, protein bars, but nothing helped. I swear I was like a addict needing a fix. I even went and had a manicure thinking that would distract me. Ultimately I gave in and I ate: a big piece of fudge, some mixed nuts, some peppermint bark, made Stouffer's Chicken and Noodles (VERY BAD) and drank a glass of skim REAL milk. Two diet drinks and this was all after 4:30PM. Not at all surprised to find that I gained 2.2 lbs EEK!
