Trodance's Journal, 29 April 2023

I am doing 16:8 intermittent fasting, sometimes for longer hours and I have never cheated since I started 15 days ago. Yesterday I received bad news that my friend passed away due to sinusitis. I was a mess, I swear I spent my entire day eating outside my IF window and even drank about 4 glasses of wine and ordered Mochachos chicken. I cheated my diet, this morning I woke up feeling so bad. Thinking of going to the gym to make up for yesterday binge eating and drinking.
237.9 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So sorry to hear about the passing of your friend. Don't be too hard on yourself with your way of coping. It was 1 day. Going to the gym is a great idea, mainly for your emotional health. 💛

Condolences dear. But please don't best yourself up.... Your emotions needed your body to allow yourself to binge. One binge won't break you, just work harder... Don't be so hard on yourself, you're just a person!!
