I think this new program is finally working. I'm still having a hard time getting in all of my starches. Can you believe it----starches. I guess I need to find some other alternatives instead of my old stand-bys triscuit and ritz crackers. I am going on vacation the 11th and my goal was to be 190 by then. Don't know if I will make it!!!!
193.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Take off might do it for you.....I will take your starches and you can have my fats? How is that for a trade? I am having a tough time eating today....just not hungry....this may be one of the few days where I may not get all my servings in.....oh well.... I really like the light whole wheat muffins and they have lots of fiber.....you can toast them as well, they taste better that way....or how about some pop corn or brown rice? I love the whole wheat products, have been eating them for years back from the time I did Sugar Busters..... I am sure you must be looking forward to your vacation. I just love vacations!

have you ever tried the Kashi cereals that are out there? I try to eat that with my ff yogurt for breakfast. Also, you can eat the 35-50 cal bread with sprays of ICBIN butter, I do that a lot. Great loss, you are doing so good.

I have thought about trying the Kashi cereals but was afraid that they would not be any good. What are some of your favorites???

Kashi is good, but now they want you to have the Fiber One cereals on the new plan....I think they are even better.....Had some for lunch on Saturday :-D
