Wow. I almost forgot to weigh in today. I did weigh myself this morning, and I am almost down to my lowest weigh-in again. I'm at 99.4 kgs, and still going down. I have been fluctuating for a few days, since Monday, so I hope it's time for me to take the weight down another notch soon. :)
Taking it easy tonight after a long, long week with MANY (and FUN) activities. Life is good!
219.1 lb Lost so far: 122.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
