i did yesterday carb bomb...to see if it will go down faster now,with low carb diet- protein diet...on internet i found info,about this its called methabolism confussion...you confuse body with carbs so leptin level rises,and with low carb diet you lose weight again,because your leptin gives signal to body not to keep kg,but to lose again
