I'm definitely back to the strict diet starting tomorrow. I cannot lose weight by myself, noy even the gym is helping in anything. I think I'll spend 600$ to feel like a million bucks!
130.3 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
