The weekend was a bit of cheat weekend... not extreme, but some indulgences like wine and homemade apple crumble. Got to the gym however and pushing hard this week to get in everyday.
221.8 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
