I have got to stop eating so much on the weekends, it does nothing but set me back.
183.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I have the same issue. I have tried to do better, but end up eating more than I should. Snacks are somewhat more attractive when you are sitting home for a long time.

Many of us have the same problem. Your chart reminds me of mine with the zigzagging; it's good to see that I'm not alone. Anyway, it's clear you are doing great, keep up the good work DuManchu!
