Wow....I am really shocked and upset and disappointed at a 2/10ths of a pound weightloss. I worked really hard this week...stuck to my calories...stuck to my under 200 grams of carbs a day. This is utterly frustrating.
335.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 165.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 January 2015:
1855 kcal Fat: 61.88g | Prot: 84.03g | Carb: 249.29g.   Breakfast: Banana, Butter (Salted), Hard-Boiled Egg, Arnold Healthy Multi-Grain Bread. Lunch: Hershey's Special Dark Syrup, Strawberries. Dinner: Applesauce Cake, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Green String Beans, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Eating Right Peeled Baby-cut Carrots, Mashed Potato made with Milk, Sour Cream and/or Cream Cheese (from Fresh), Wal-Mart Italian Bread, Tenderloin Pork. more...
losing 0.5 lb a week

I had the same thing happen this week! Can't understand it. Hoping next week's weigh in is better than usual.

Some times we owe the scale and sometimes the scale owes us. If you stick with it, the scale will eventually catch up. You can also have fat loss and not see the scale move. I had a friend go down in sizes but the scale didn't move for a while. Just keep at it and you will see results. Notice how your clothes are fitting too.

You may also be building muscle or retaining water and the weight loss will come. Hang I there
