I finally got the idea behind entering exercise. See, i don't really exercise, but i don't sit down all day either. I work around the house and sit only when i am on the computer. So it now looks like i move around more, which i do. I never "rest" but i don't really do anything that strenuous all day. Oh well, at least it looks like i do more than "rest." Hahaha. Now, how can i possible be gaining weight???? I am documenting everything. While i do go over my 1700 calories at times, i am not really that far over to explain the 3.4 pound weight gain. I am completely mystified, and intrigued in a weird way. I did have my blood drawn today…i am concerned (hoping???) that my thyroid isn't working properly. Thyroid problems run in my family. There has to be a reason….i just can't believe that my metabolism has slowed down this much this fast. I gained 6 pounds two years ago, 6 pounds this past year, and 3 pounds since i started documenting on this site. What the heck!!!! Well, i am going to start walking and continue to stick to 1700 calories and see what happens next! Maybe i am bloated!!! Who knows!
