Easter bloat is gone! Went for an outside run today. SO much better than the treadmill, aside from the hills in my neighborhood. haha
109.2 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We knew the fake weight would come off quickly. This is why we should not panic or get upset after a binge. Multiple binge days per week will catch up to you, but don't worry about the occasional one. 🙂

TUD I know... and dessert was just too good to pass up! ive had plenty of binge days with no relapse into old havits. I know its because I'm living...a bit more stress-free ;)
