Inflammation ba I. 3 lbs worth. I walked more than I have in decades! Most of you don’t know I had SLE Lupus and several other autoimmune disorders. Well I changed my diet and believe that had a huge impact on it. I know the infusions worked as well. So I have major structural damage to my spine mainly from wrecks, horse falling on me nearly severing my spine. It missed it by 1/2 cm. I’m constidered incomplete paraplegic as I don’t have reflexes and felt nothing below the waist. Walking definitely makes it worse, but I say use it or lose it. I haven’t used my wheelchair in 6 months. I’m doing yoga/stretching/meditation and my Cherokee prayer ceremony. My Neuro says my neural pathways are mending. Drs say that doesn’t happen. They also don’t know everything. I believe by not eating much processed foods, zero soda pop, and no meats full of all sorts has helped. All of my autoimmune is in remission with the exception of my thyroid Adrenal Insufficiency. I got that stabilized to the point they cut my meds in half. I don’t use my walker and walk all over at our local stable. I’m waiting for a slot to open up so I can ride again! I went into the Post office walking all without a walker. I walked into Walmart and made about half the front part. I’ll keep going! Thank you all for the support and have a wonderful day!🐎🌈🌻🌻

I honestly just try and I’m very determined(stubborn) . I’ll get there no matter what! I rode a horse today and loved every 2nd. It’s such good therapy! I wish I could go weekly, but maybe once a month unless finances improve. I did better than the instructor thought, but I couldn’t post yet. My leads gave a mind of their own! I did feel very confident and comfortable. Yay! 🐎🐎🌈🌈
