TODAY I ATE/DRANK:
BREAKFAST
- oatmeal (instant, but the 0 sugar kind)

LUNCH
- zucchini stir fry

DINNER
- noodle soup
114.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.3 lb a week

Wow only 4lbs from goal good luck bet you can do it Hell just try adding some extra water and exerice when you can and u will have it good luck and good job
