I was doing so well yesterday until I didn't have dinner until 10! I was so fucking hungry that I was a pig. But today is a new day and I have time to go to the gym.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
