by posting my weight - i hope I can shame myself into getting back on track! I know some of it will disappear after a couple days of healthy eating and lower carbs( blood sugar). BUT I also am afraid that some of it is real gain and ugh! I did exercise 4 days over vaction but ate like crap most of the week. My husbend needs to lower his triclides so he wants to try low sugar diet SO that should make it easier for me cuz i won't have to worry about what I'm going to eat. and just add a strach for the kids. Sometimes I am perfectly happy at the weight i am except I'm naked. lol opps.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

You lost before so you can lose again. If your husband is eating better then that should help, that's the worst for me. My husband likes carbs and fats and I'm trying to do better with them, so all day I try to keep my carbs a little lower or at least get carbs from whole grains, fruit, and veggies, then at supper I eat carbs with him. So far that's going okay, but I still need to reign in my carbs even more (I love carbs, sigh). Good luck!!

thanks for the encouragement. that's how I was before, I would try to eat really well in the day time and then eat whatever family would eat for dinner,sometimes modified some times not.
