You lost before so you can lose again. If your husband is eating better then that should help, that's the worst for me. My husband likes carbs and fats and I'm trying to do better with them, so all day I try to keep my carbs a little lower or at least get carbs from whole grains, fruit, and veggies, then at supper I eat carbs with him. So far that's going okay, but I still need to reign in my carbs even more (I love carbs, sigh). Good luck!!
