Lost 1.8 pounds. Last week I had gained 1 pound. So from the week before that I am only down .4 pounds. But at least it's down. I'm going to stay at 25 nc's and not add any new food this week. I'll keep to my three gym workouts, and cut back a little more on the Atkins bars and shakes.

Nice drop! Prob a good idea to cut back on bars and shakes... I know they affect everyone differently, but I've learned to only have them if I don't have any other options. They make me crave sweets severely, so after I eat one bar, I'm constantly craving another! Ugh. It's a vicious cycle!! Hope you continue do well, and props to you for keeping up with the gym!

Thanks Jess. Yes, yesterday I hit the gym, came home, started to fix dinner, and ate a pack of those pecan caramel clusters, Atkins. Then, I wanted another one, so I ate another. Then I said Whoa baby! STOP! LOL And I did. I really need to only eat them occasionally. I am determined today to just have one Atkins shake, which has 2 net carbs and NO Atkins "sweets" or bars.

I tried those Atkins bars and shakes and ( sorry TMI ) but they make me gassy =( So I need to stay away from them. They are sooooo good though.

Oh yeah, those pecan clusters are my favorite treat!! You can't just stop at one... Especially if you have a good cup of coffee to go with it, lol!
