I gained 0.5 from yesterday because I I didn't follow the diet to the tee. I ate two fruits, when fruit were not mentioned in the meal plan for yesterday.
219.4 lb Lost so far: 12.1 lb.    Still to go: 76.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
