this is crap. I followed my diet according to the rdi calculated here and went up instead of down. I am going to have to reduce the amount of calories a lot to compensate for my low level of activity. BALLS... frustrated, did not weigh in for several days to try to make any differences/gains bigger and failed to lose and actually went up??

depressed..
219.4 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
