After just 5 days on the Meta diet I have lost a total of 5.7kg. I'm so happy I can't wait for Monday to see how much I will have lost after 7 days.
218.3 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
