Sautéed peppers and celery with bacon for dinner, had the last 1/4 sub for breakfast so pleased with that and the drop. Cooking the chicken breast today and looking forward to the chicken salad this week from leftovers.
Hoping for a quiet week at work to get fully caught up from being off 6 weeks. Next month is supposed to be back to "normal" but I'm not done with what I need to be for this month yet...
