It's been going well for the last few days. Fell off the wagon hard last night tho. Had kd (2 boxes) and hotdogs(a full pack) mixed together that I followed with half a bag of chips for desert. Not sure why. I just wanted to feel really full. Today it's back on the slimfast and soup plan tho. I figure if I do the one bad night in every seven plan I should still be pretty well on the way to cutting a lot of weight. I hope...
285.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
