I am happy with that :)
191.8 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1053 kcal Fat: 15.05g | Prot: 37.21g | Carb: 111.59g.   Breakfast: Golden Crumpet Squares, Country Soft Table Spread, Coffee with Skim Milk. Lunch: Leader Brand Crunchy Coleslaw with Homestyle Dressing, Blueberries, Delite Low Fat Peach & Mango Yoghurt. Dinner: White Rice (Long-Grain, without Salt, Cooked), Italian Peeled Tomatoes in Tomato Juice, Onions, Canola Vegetable Oil, Chicken Breast Meat, Malaysian Penang Curry Stir-Through Sauce. Snacks/Other: White Table Wine, Low Calorie Lemonade. more...

It's great that you are loosing. Im going to weigh in tomorrow. ? Every 2 weeks. Not doing so well on omitting the sugary snacks. This week! Gotta do better tomorrow. Keep up the good work!
