Weighing myself daily helps me accept when I am not doing as well over time. Being able to see the overall trend is whats important, but the excercize of weighing in daily at the same time is a good habit.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 7.0 lb a week
