I started meta diet yesterday 12th January and I have already lost 2.1kg, before that I had gained about 0.7kg. So i'm now on day 2 of the diet, it looks like it's working.
226.2 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 82.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
