Yeah! Am finally out of the 130's!! Have vowed to NEVER see the 30's again!! Now to get out of the 120's lol

129.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb. Still to go: 12.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 4.7 lb a week
