Keeping myself accountable by making sure I record my weights. Slacked hard on diet and exercise this weekend, been having a hard time emotionally regulating myself and my kids with their huge emotions and needs and I fell by the wayside. It’s all good though, today and every day is a brand new opportunity to do better and be better, emotionally and physically ❤️ Happy Tuesday FS Fam, I hope y’all have a day that’s amazing as you are!
154.8 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
