I recorded my weight wrong by a 1.50 lb higher. I found this app and website in the afternoon on Wednesday. So Thursday morning I weighed myself so I had an accurate start at least by the second day. Technically I've only lost 2.60 lbs in a day, not 4.20 lbs. Still not TOOO shabby!! :o)
No bad carbs all week and when I go to happy hour tonight, I will not have a drink and limit myself to 2 soft chicken tacos (depending if they are the small street tacos or not. If street tacos then 4 is a must!). I don't eat sour cream on my tacos anymore so that won't be an issue.
YAY! I'm excited to test myself on my new weight loss goal! I want to see if I can really do this!
