Physio is slowly getting me back to fit the not covid but COVID is clearing, and slowly but surely the weight is coming off baby steps 🤞
278.4 lb Lost so far: 41.2 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am tired post covid and have some sort of brain fog and low mood (very weepy) but getting back to the gym and pool helps enormously.

Bless you yeah sounds very similar brain fog is a hard one to as it for me also tends to knock me off my game going to the gym to, fingers crossed you and me will be back on the rails again soon
