Hello, Thank you, Although this week I was sick, I caught a virus, I had a fever, stomach upset, and general malaise, cough and flu, Although I'm fine now, I trained normally this week, only a little cough, I don't know how it affected me my weight, because I had not gotten sick for 6 months since I started, although something would influence it because I had been losing weight more slowly, but it is rare, this week I ended up eating a lot and hydrating myself a lot, that is if I did not take any medication for this virus.
