I am going to have to stay on the run all the time I sat around all day on New Years day and didn't loose anything and yesterday I was on the go all day and lost, even eating fast food.
265.4 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 115.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
