I'm pleased, because I haven't done a thing to watch my weight. Or have I? I have kept up my running program training, and I am up to 8 miles for the long run (yesterday). That and just being aware of what I eat, rather than counting, I'm pleased that it hasn't been more. I notice that I have been making healthier choices in general. I'm going to start the next pushing phase on January 5, Monday, and my plan for the rest of this week is to hang in there, keep up the running, and just not pig out. I bet that most of the reason I have been successful at keeping things where they are is that I'm not drinking anymore. That involved a lot of unnecessary and unhelpful calories. And I was tempted to eat more too. Looking forward to a healthier 2015. I think I might be on track to finish the half marathon in 3 hours if I lose a few more pounds in the next month. Even 2 or 3 lbs will make a big difference. I feel so much stronger than this time last year, mentally and physically.
163.8 lb Lost so far: 27.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
