Hanging in there. Sometimes it's slow going. Progress happens one step at a time. Running long distances should have taught me that. Keep your head down and keep going. Don't worry about the total distance just the next steps.
162.5 lb Lost so far: 29.1 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
