I would have liked to get under 200 by new years day. With the holidays whizzing by, I lost my focus. I forgive myself, I'm only human afterall. And as I said before, I just really love sweet potatoes. :)

New year's resolutions! Simple and attainable!

1. Make lists of books and movies I'd like to watch.
2. Take up a hobby.
3. Arrange a sleeping schedule.
4. Manage time optimally.
5. Learn to assess and filter relationships.
6. Have a balanced diet.
7. Exercise a little.
8. Meditate!
9. Save up for a trip.
10. Love myself.

Recipe for a healthy, happy life. <3

202.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Kehfeh look at that good drop of 2.2 and how close you were you are doing wonderful just stick with it and you will have all of your resolutions and dreams come true :)
