its a good day. weight is down. a whopping .5 lb. lol but that's good considering the season. best part is I did meet someone and excited to see where it goes. time will tell. wish me luck. Great start to the new year.

157.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
