stick it with it you can do it!!!!!! Get an old pic of yourself at the weight/condition you would like to be BACK at or a pic of someone you'll like to look realistically like and meditate 10 mins in the am as soon as you wake and 10 mins before bed on this image!!!! Brain is in smart mode as u rise and just b4 bed you must relax yourself first tho!!
