It is not about the number on the scale. It is about changing my lifestyle. Leaving the past and looking to the future. I can not do the things I did when I was young. I want to replace the food cravings with a hunger for my Lord. I want to understand that I need to leave some of my old ways behind and rather than trying to conform those desires, I want to replace them with new desires.
