I am feeling very motivated as the scale is moving. Yesterday was very hard. The weekend was easier since I was home and less stressed. At work and just because it was Monday and my life is so full of stress that all I wanted to do was eat. But I didnd't... just 2 small pieces of candy. Maybe today I won't eat any. I think not having that glass of wine is also going to be hard. Very, very hard...
220.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.5 lb a week

Can you get your mind into not what will be hard but what will be satisfying? Make yourself a smoothie...play with different recipes on the forum www.annlouise.com some are fantastic and you won't feel deprived...right now,I'm thinking that is what the cheating is about.
