I ate at Ruby Tuesday this past Thursday and was up 3.5 pounds the next day. I had the white chicken chili and salad from the salad bar. No premade salads, only veggies and very little cheese. This has happened to me before when I have eaten there. I think that their food has tons of sodium in it because every time I eat there I blow up a couple of pounds. If I eat there again I will only get salad. Other than that I did okay for the week. I did use all of my weekly points as we also ate out at Applebee's. It is unusual that I eat out twice in one week so I guess that can account for the gain.
