Two weeks on vacation not really paying attention to what I was eating but walking loads and I've managed to loose another pound. This week I'm doing lots of exersise but also got two friends birthdays so will be eating out lots.
112.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
