Just weighed myself …. Moving forward will stick to my 15 min daily walk it’s all I can manage at the moment …. Really pleased IF & healthy eating is really good for me yes I feel hungry and the usual headache due to the change in diet Day 3 in Progress

hi Nadia... I'm also struggling with ankle issues- my physiotherapist has recommended rowing machine for strength building for ankle and weight loss 😊
