I worked so hard this week and look! The scale went down!!! I'm so close to the 170's I can taste it. Cannot wait to be able to see the difference in my clothes.
182.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
