Not sure how / why I shot up 3lbs in this last week. Probably water retention from the baking soda. Regardless, still making progress in the gym so I will likely keep cruising along at my current macros (3900 kcal) until I begin to stall or hit my end date and then do a cut.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
